FieldTracker / VRM CRM Tool terms of use

By using FieldTracker, users agree to use the system only for authorized CRM, reporting, route, reminder, and account-management purposes.

Use of the system

FieldTracker, also referred to as the VRM CRM Tool, is provided to support field activity, account management, route planning, visit tracking, follow-ups, action items, CE events, reporting, and related CRM workflows.

Authorized users

Only authorized users may access the system. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for using the system according to their assigned permissions.

Accuracy of information

Users are responsible for entering accurate and appropriate information. The system may display reports, summaries, reminders, and insights based on the data entered by users or uploaded by administrators.

SMS notification consent

Users may choose to enable SMS notifications from their account preferences. By entering or confirming a mobile number and enabling SMS notifications, the user confirms that they are authorized to use that number and consents to receive CRM-related text message notifications from FieldTracker.

SMS notifications may include reminders for follow-ups, action items, CE events, form action items, and other CRM-related reminders enabled in the user’s account. Message frequency may vary based on CRM activity and notification settings. Message and data rates may apply.

Users may disable SMS notifications at any time in their account preferences. Where supported, users may also reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

If Email-to-Text is selected by an administrator as the active SMS gateway, users may be required to select and verify their mobile carrier before SMS reminders are sent through the carrier email gateway.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No information entered into FieldTracker will ever be shared with a third party. For more details, review the Privacy Policy.

Availability

The system may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, connectivity issues, hosting issues, or other technical problems. Users should not rely on SMS messages as the only method for tracking important tasks or deadlines.

Acceptable use

Users agree not to misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, or enter content that is unlawful, harmful, or unrelated to authorized CRM activity.

Changes to these terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated as the system changes. Continued use of the system after updates means the user accepts the updated terms.
