FieldTracker / VRM CRM Tool privacy practices

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be processed by trusted service providers only as needed to operate the application, such as SMS notifications, email delivery, mapping, hosting, and support services.

Purpose of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FieldTracker, also referred to as the VRM CRM Tool, handles information entered into the system by authorized users.

Information stored in the system

The system may store information needed to support CRM activity, field visits, account tracking, route planning, reminders, reports, CE events, action items, follow-ups, user preferences, and related administrative functions.

How information is used

Information is used only to operate the CRM tool, display user-specific records, support reporting, send requested reminders, manage account activity, and help authorized users complete their work inside the system.

No third-party sharing

Information entered into the system will not be sold, rented, traded, disclosed, or otherwise shared with any third party. Data is intended for internal system use only.

SMS notifications

If a user enables SMS notifications from their account preferences, the system may use the user’s mobile number to send CRM-related reminder messages. SMS notifications are optional and can be disabled from the user’s account preferences.

By enabling SMS notifications, the user consents to receive text message notifications from the system. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary based on the user’s CRM activity and reminder settings.

Access and control

Authorized users may access the information available to them based on their role and permissions. Administrators may manage user access, settings, and system records as needed to operate the tool.

Security

The system is intended to be accessed only by authorized users. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for logging out when using shared or public devices.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the system changes. Continued use of the system after updates means the user accepts the updated policy.
