Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency may vary based on your CRM activity and notification settings.

If the administrator enables Email-to-Text as the SMS gateway, you may be asked to select and verify your mobile carrier before reminders can be sent through your carrier’s email-to-text gateway.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

You may disable SMS notifications at any time in your CRM preferences. You may also reply STOP to opt out of text messages, where supported.
